I bought these after a home presentation of the SUPER expensive Salad Master Pans. I wanted to do research to find another alternative to the salad master. I am so thankful i did. My Friends wasted thousands on a few pans. I spent about 100 and got all these. Of course they take a little getting used too. YOU dont add water and always cook on LOW LOW LOW........ But once youget it , it these are fantastic for the price. Yeah the lid is not so great. But for several thousand dollars less i will watch a temp valve over a little clanking warning valve.
I woudl buy again and from the same company.
