They don't take long to heat up on the stove, coated with teflon and the best part is that they're dishwasher safe. The handles are easy -to-grip and you don't need a pot holder to pick them up. I found them very easy to maneuver on the stove and they cook like a pro. If you are looking for some maintenance cookware that's not a chore to use then you'll want to purchase this set.
