I purchased these headphones after seeing a positive report about them on a consumer segment of a TV newscast. The headphones do pick up radio stations very clearly. However, the radio signals seemed to override the audio from my TV. The Scan button on the earpiece does not permit fine-tuning either. I was never able to pick up clear, consistent TV audio through the headphones despite moving the transmitter around to various locations/heights or by using the Reset button (as recommended in the instructions). Be aware that the cord connecting the transmitter to the TV is very short so placement is limited in trying to improve the TV audio transmission. I would return the product but I dropped the transmitter while moving it around the TV & the audio plug pins snapped off inside my TV's audio input ports!
