We needed new carseats once the children outgrew the "convertible" carseats which don't last nearly as long as they ought. We tried the twins in every booster we could lay our hands on. They hated them all. I was very impressed with the Recaro safety features but couldn't get my husband to agree to the price sight unseen. I finally found a Recaro booster in a local baby specialty store and was even more impressed in person. Better yet, both children loved it. At 3 years old, they were so happy with the comfort and I was so happy with the convenience and safety. I immediately ordered two online. After one week, both children refused to ride in my husband's car anymore because he had the "baby" seats installed and they wanted their "big kid" seats. After two weeks, my husband asked me to order two more. The twins are now 6 and STILL love their carseats and so do we.
