Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program (What's this?) This 11-piece cookware set seems just about perfect for my family of three. It's attractive, practical, and seemingly durable after a few weeks of near-daily use. We typically use our stove for pasta and chicken dishes, and the medium-sized skillet was more than enough. It's easy for both my wife and I to handle, not terribly heavy, and yet it feels substantial with a comfortable handle. As other reviewers have pointed out, the advertised nonstick surface really seems to work well. I have not yet tried to cook eggs, but after reviewing some of the comments here, I think I might give it a try. However, in terms of simple pasta, veggie, and chicken dishes, I have had no problems and have absolutely no complaints in that regard.
My wife and I received a set of Simply Calphalon cookware when we got married ten years ago. We were very satisfied with it, and it somehow managed to last as we moved from apartment to house and our family grew from two to three. It was with some reluctance that I replaced our well-worn cookware for this new Anolon set. But all nostalgia aside, I am glad I did. This is a premium set, well worth the price, and recommended to anyone. Here's hoping that this will last us another ten years, or more.
