We have only one size elevators in our compound. I didn't want any problems in carrying in a bulky box spring matress into my apartment. Also, the product is much cheaper than box springs. I assembled with another person and it took about 30 minutes to get done. After that, I was so afraid if the wooden foundation wouldn't fit to the metal frame of my bed. But it did! As for comfortability, I don't see any difference from normal box springs. It gave my bed a good height. Since we cover the wooden foundation by the attached cover, there is no problem in looking. Even without a bed skirt, people can't tell. I personally think that ventilation of the bed is definately higher than box springs as the foundation creates space under your matress. Overall, I satisfy with the product.
