I bought this watch and initially loved it. From reading all the reviews on here you can tell that it is a great watch, and the Victorinox name should have people buying with confidence. When I first started wearing it I noticed that the little hand responsible for timing things was not returning directly to the top when I reset it. It was barely noticeable and it didn't really bother me. 5 months later, the entire chronograph system was malfunctioning. I will be sending this to the repair shop to get it fixed, and I am confident that Amazon will make this right, but think twice about buying online. There is a reason they are able to sell the watch for $200 less than other retailers. I am no longer confident I received the same quality watch I would have received if I had bought the watch at a Macy's. How often does a Victorinox malfunction after 5 months of use?
1/3/12 Update: just received my watch back from the repair center and nothing was fixed. Very unhappy with this service as I have to be without my watch for another month. Spend the extra money and buy from a reputable jeweler.
