I received this frame and trundle promptly, though there was some damage to the trundle, it took a while to get a response (and it kind of sounded like a young kid or someone that didn't know grammer at all was the one I was trying to communicate with) and a replacement, but the new one was sent without too much issue, and is great. I am satisfied overall and would purchase again from this seller if I had it to do over. Thank you!
