We purchased this frame because the add said Heavy Duty Bed frame! and the price was just right! That's the First mistake I made! I got suckered into believing I was getting a quality frame for such a low price, how wrong i was! this frame is just a cheap Chinese piece of junk made from the cheapest pot metals you can find! My old frame I bought from sears 15 years ago was made with real tempered steel it just didn't have the Middle bar support, which Iv'e been looking for. The frame arrived in a tore up box I mean torn to shreds!
It was missing all of the parts except 1 roller and a couple of screws. Ups dropped it off didn't ring my door bell just dropped it off and ran, I don't think it was there fault but OMG what a disappointment. I manage to set up the frame using parts from my old frame and what a joke! this things wobbles like a bowl of jello on the San Andrea's fault! This frame design is so cheap it sickens me to read what people are rating this thing! 5 stars I mean really people what kind of standards do we have now a days?
I'm an inventor and help fabricate inventions, I would be embarrassed to call this my own! I suggest stay far away from this product and the deceptive adds like this one, and spend a little bit more money for a real frame. Hope 2k furniture get the hint!
